Planning Department - Uniform Sign Programs

The following is a list of the Uniform Sign Programs (USP) used by the Planning Department for signs that are proposed/existing at various locations throughout the City. These sign programs establish the design and technical standards for signs that the City, in conjunction with the property owner and developer, has created to "promote a quality visual environment by allowing sings which are compatible with their surroundings and which effectively communicate their message" (Section 17.10.060(C)(3) of the Development Code).
