Risk Management Division
Th Risk Management Division is responsible
for ensuring that the City's financial exposure to liability,
worker's
compensation,
unemployment
insurance, etc., is minimized. The basic tools available are
safety and training programs, combined with employee awareness
programs. The City is self-funded for liability and worker's
compensation coverage through a joint powers insurance authority
pool.
