The phone number is available 24 hrs/day 7 days/week. The following information is needed to insure a timely repair. Please write down this information before making a report.

Location of the pole (i.e. the light is located in front of this street address or across from this street address),
Type of pole (concrete, wood, etc..),
Condition of the light (is the light out or does it cycle on or off),
Pole number. The pole number is engraved on a thin vertical metal strip located approximately six feet up the pole, and it contains seven numbers and ends with the letter E (e.g. 2153060E).

You may also report this information to the City. We will forward the repair request to Southern California Edison. Please call (909) 477-2700, extensions 2579 or 2576, and provide the above information.

If lights are not repaired within 7 working days, please call the City at (909) 477-2700, extensions 2579 or 2580, so that we can investigate the status of your repair request.
